Roofline products are used at the section of your home where the building and the roof meet. This is one of the most vulnerable parts of the building because it is exposed to the elements, but it is also difficult to access and one of the least observed areas of your home. If left unchecked, water from blocked or broken gutters may overflow creating conditions that can lead to damp and mould on the inside of your home. Also, if moisture gets inside of your roof rafters or joists may start to rot, and repairs can be costly.
Traditional roofline products are made from timber, but wood is porous, very combustible and susceptible to water and insects. Water can easily be absorbed by timber, which can compromise its strength and can cause adverse health effects. An alternative to timber is to use uPVC (un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride). uPVC
is a modern and cost-effective solution that will significantly improve the external appearance and performance of your roof.

David has done a few jobs on our house and he is excellent. We bought our first home and unfortunately it had many issues mostly condensation and mould. We had no idea where to begin. Many trades people came to give us their verdict but we didn’t trust what they had to say. We almost gave up until David replied to our post on here. He was able to find out all the issues in the house from a rotting gable, cracked wall, poor windows, rotted wood… he replaced the gable, fixed the walls, made and installed new frames to hold new cladding with insulation and then the windows and doors. Fab.

Polite, courteous and great workmanship. The guys were very practical when faced with problems and worked diligently, without rushing anything. I also required scaffolding and professional painters, which was handled and outsourced by the team, so I didn’t have to worry and all conducted at a reasonable price.
